We build our products to last in tough environments. All Learniture products are warranted for the lifetime of the purchaser for any defects in design, workmanship, assembly or material. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse is not covered.

While under warranty, we will repair or replace any defective part(s) to the original purchaser. Our products are warranted from any defects in design, workmanship, assembly or material. Warranty excludes misuse, abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, as well as failure to provide reasonable maintenance.

Egghead headphones are warranted from any defects in design, workmanship, assembly or material for three years. Headphone cords are warranted for one year. Headphone ear pads are warranted for six months.

All BERPL Distribution products are GREENGUARD Gold Certified, which requires the lowest emissions and are suitable for use across the most spaces, including educational and healthcare environments.

All foams used in manufacturing soft products and structured seating are made without ozone depleters, flame retardants, heavy metals, formaldehyde or phthalates, as regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

BIFMA Compliant

Activity Tables and Chairs have been tested to BIFMA standards for safety, durability and structural performance of products intended for use in commercial office and related institutional environments
